Giacomo Cardaci
Lawyer, won in 2013 the “Giuseppe Tarzia” award for the best Italian thesis in civil procedural law.
In 2015, he carried out a period of visiting research at Queen Mary University and the Institute of advanced legal studies in London. In 2017 holds a PhD in civil procedural law.
His scientific essays, in the field of anti-discrimination law, they have been published in the most prestigious legal literature journals of the A MIUR category.
He is part of the scientific secretariat of the Lenford Network - Advocacy for LGBTI rights with which he follows, come cause lawyer, important lawsuits regarding the recognition of the rights of gay and transgender people, as well as homogenitorial families.
