Italy has ratified the International Convention on the Elimination of Violence and Harassment in the World of Work (OIL) which finds application in the new law nr. 4 del 2021.

The Convention calls on the business world to be the protagonist of the cultural change underway, with a view to social sustainability, with measures that contemplate the adoption of measures to protect workers and female workers as well as specific training activities with a view to prevention.
