TO BE SAFE is an innovative project aimed at improving interpersonal relationships in the workplace through a dynamic and engaging path of deconstruction of stereotypes.
Being more attentive to the stereotypes we encounter in everyday life inevitably makes us more respectful towards others as often languages and behaviors are acted unconsciously.
With a simple language accessible to all, the project offers knowledge and criticism tools, with attention also to the ways in which one relates on the web, being the border between real life and virtual life increasingly blurred.
TO BE SAFE wants to support the parenthood of many workers by offering valuable prevention tools regarding the new ways of communicating on social platforms that often find adults unprepared to protect and support their children.
Goal of the project TO BE SAFE it is therefore to break down the rhetoric of the contrast between genders and to stimulate positive relationships between all people.
Workplaces will become more welcoming, places to feel better where to feel safe from sexual harassment and discrimination.
The improvement of professional relationships can only translate into an improvement in private ones, in all social contexts.
Companies will be able to accelerate the changes underway at an international level that promote doing business that is increasingly attentive to sustainability and well-being.
